Go to the recruiter area, not the jobseeker one
CV-Library keeps two separate sign-in areas. Candidates log in to manage their CV; recruiters log in to search it. Choose the recruiter or employer option in the main navigation, otherwise your details simply won't be recognised.

Sign in with your work email address
Your username is normally the work email your account was set up with. If a colleague created the account for you, it may be a shared inbox — worth checking before you assume the password is wrong.

Reset the password if it fails twice
Don't keep guessing; repeated failures can temporarily lock the account. Use the 'forgotten password' link and check your spam folder for the reset email.

Bookmark the search screen, not the homepage
Once you're in, save the CV search page as a bookmark. It saves a few clicks every morning and takes you straight to your saved searches.

- Confirm you're on the recruiter sign-in page, not the candidate one.
- Check whether your subscription or trial has expired.
- Ask your account administrator whether your user seat is still active.
- Clear saved passwords in your browser — old credentials are a common culprit.

Where do recruiters log in to CV-Library?
Recruiters sign in through the employer or recruiter area of cv-library.co.uk, which is separate from the jobseeker login. Look for the 'Recruiters' or 'Employers' option in the top navigation, then enter the email address and password linked to your recruiter account.
Why won't my CV-Library recruiter login work?
The most common reasons are using your jobseeker login on the recruiter page, an expired subscription, or a password that has been reset by your account administrator. Try the password reset link first, then contact your account manager if the account is still locked.
Can I use CV-Library recruiter on my phone?
Yes. The recruiter area works in a mobile browser, so you can review CVs, reply to candidates and check applications between meetings. For long Boolean searches a laptop is still easier.
Do I need a login to see how many candidates are available?
