Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold.

Who we are
CV-Libraries.co.uk is an independent resource site for UK recruiters. We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact us at hello@cv-libraries.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form details — your name, email, optional company name and your message, used only to reply to you.
- Basic analytics — anonymised information about pages visited, used to improve our guides.
We do not collect candidate CVs and we do not hold any recruitment databases.
Cookies and affiliate links
Links to CV-Library on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, CV-Library may set a cookie so our referral can be credited, and we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing and does not affect the price you pay. Once you leave our site, CV-Library's own privacy policy applies.
Lawful basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests — replying to an enquiry you chose to send us. Analytics is processed on the basis of consent where required.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email hello@cv-libraries.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who need to answer them.
Changes
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
